If you are seeing this message, then you have probably attempted unsuccessfully to access the script to modify a temporary password. This usually means that your browser did not properly store the cookie that was set when you logged in on the previous screen, using your temporary password. In fact, the value of your userid found by this script is an empty string.

To correct this problem, which is usually caused by an incompatibility in your browser configuration, we recommend that you upgrade your browser to a current version. You can use the same temporary password that you were sent in the welcome email.

And before doing that, we recommend that you be sure that your browser is configured to allow setting of cookies. (Third party cookies should be unnecessary, and we recommend keeping that option turned off.)
