Report to the registration desk in the lobby of the College Avenue Gym when you arrive on Friday. See the Exhibit Area map for parking instructions.
After you have checked in, set up your project. Then have an NJRSF official review your display and fill out the Display and Safety Review Form. Your project and display MUST be approved by the Safety and Scientific Review Committees before your entry is complete.
Make careful note of the times when you must be at your project for judging (see the Fair Schedule). YOU CANNOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARDS IF YOU ARE UNAVAILABLE DURING JUDGING.
(Those students who have religious restrictions which prevent Saturday participation should arrange in advance for Friday judging interviews.) Only students and judges will be allowed in the display area during judging.
The final judging for the ISEF Trip Awards (individual and team) will take place at the Finalist Symposium on Saturday. The finalists will be announced at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. All finalists should be prepared to deliver a 10 minute Powerpoint presentation of their project, which will be followed by 2 minutes of questions from the judging panel. The 10 minute limit will be strictly enforced, so timed rehearsals are recommended.
Please read the ISEF Symposium Presentation Guidelines for how to structure your presentation.
Food service will be open during Friday dinner and Saturday lunch, in the Student Center, adjacent to the College Ave Gym. Food service will NOT be available for Saturday dinner.
