• Supplemental instructions for Finalist Symposium Note the presentations will be 10 minutes this year instead of 8 minutes, and we will be naming 12 students to the symposium rather than 15. Our judging committee has also provided some helpful guidelines for an effective presentation of your project. (Note this is a Word document.)

• The schedule has now been posted for 2015. It differs only slightly from last year.
• Sample Safety Checklist. A member of the committee will review your project using this checklist during setup. Please use this list to review the display and safety rules and to ensure that your exhibit adheres to them.
• Instructions for Abstract Preparation. This year, all abstracts are to be submitted via the website. If you have been notified by email that your abstract has not been received, or if you have a red X at that point on your entry status screen, please use this link to submit it now. Note that you must be logged in before accessing this process.
