North Jersey Regional Science Fair 2009

The NJRSF for 2009 was held on the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University, March 20-21, 2009.

Award Results Press Release for 2009

The press release for 2009, detailing all the awards given at the fair, has now been posted. The list comprises a total of 252 awards. The 116 projects receiving awards represent 63% of the projects that were exhibited at the fair, representing 30 high schools.

Important Dates:

Dec. 1, 2008 -- Precertification of all projects that fall under ISEF certification rules. Note: this deadline extended to Dec 7 for 2009.
Feb 6, 2009 -- Entry deadline. To enter the fair, go to the the web registration process. You will receive a coversheet to use in submitting your ISEF forms and entry fee, which should be received by this deadline.
Mar. 13, 2009 -- Forms deadline. All ISEF missing or revised forms must be received by this date. Note specifically this includes the Form 1C, which is not required for project pre-certification.
Mar. 9, 2009 -- Abstract deadline. Your abstract must be submitted by this date. The abstracts are to be submitted electronically. Please note that you are to submit the *text* of your abstract. No other format is accepted.
March 16, 2009 -- Withdrawal deadline. Withdrawal after this date will entail loss of your entry fee.
