TNJSF Password Reset Request
As administrator, you can reset a user password, providing the user exists (regardless of role). A user can reset their own password
except in the case where they have an expired temporary password (on a new account). In that event, executing this command will
clear the temporary nature of their role, and send them a coded URL to update their password.
That URL will, itself, expire in 5 days.
